MyChart Paperless Billing
Paperless Billing is a more secure, convenient and environment-friendly way to view and pay your bills!
Now Available: Automatic Paperless Billing
Franciscan Health is pleased to announce that all active MyChart patients will transition to paperless statements. Beginning September 24, 2024, you will no longer receive paper statements. Instead, depending on your communication preferences, you will receive future notifications via email, text, and the mobile app when a statement is available to pay in the MyChart Patient Portal. You can indicate your choice between now and September 24 by following the instruction below.
Note: This change does NOT apply to our Putnam Co. partners. There will be no automatic change to Putnam Co. Paperless Billing. Putman Co. patients can still follow the instruction below if you wish to make changes to your Paperless Billing enrollment.
To change your paperless preferences, visit the “Steps” tab on this page.
If you have any questions about these changes or need help changing your paperless preference and contact information, please call us at (866) 903-0436, Monday through Friday 8AM to 6:30 PM (EST).
Thank you for your continued confidence in Franciscan Health for your family’s healthcare needs.
