When you have confirmed your upcoming appointment from a reminder sent via text or email, you will be provided a personal link to complete eCheck-In.  Follow the steps listed here to complete eCheck-In from the link.

If your upcoming appointment is within the next 14 days, you can use MyChart to complete eCheck-In.  Follow the steps here to complete the process.

eCheck-In allows you to answer questions related to your appointment up to 14 days in advance.  You save time when you arrive.  eCheck-In allows you to complete the following:

• • Verify your insurance
  • Update allergies
  • Sign documents
  • Complete questionnaires
  • Pay copays

There are two ways to complete eCheck-In:

  • eCheck-In from Personal Link

You can use either option to begin the eCheck-In process.
